Studio Policies Thank you for choosing me as your tattoo artist! To ensure every appointment runs smoothly and fairly for all clients, please read and respect the following studio policies before booking. Booking & Deposits * A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. * Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. * Deposits allow one reschedule only. * A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling, canceling, or making significant design changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. Late Policy * Please arrive on time for your appointment. * If you are 30 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. * If you arrive up to 30 minutes late and I am still able to accommodate you, a $30 late fee will be added to your total. * Excessive lateness may require your appointment to be rescheduled at my discretion. Appointment Day * Please eat a meal beforehand and stay hydrated. * Arrive clean, well-rested, and sober. * If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Touch-Up Policy * Touch-ups are not scheduled on Saturdays or Mondays, as these are my busiest booking days. * The only exception is if you are already scheduled for a new tattoo on one of those days. In that case, your touch-up may be completed during the same appointment if time allows. Studio Guidelines * 18+ ONLY. Valid government-issued photo ID is required. * 🚫 NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Please arrange childcare before your appointment. If you arrive with a child, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. * One guest maximum due to limited studio space. * No pets are permitted in the studio (service animals excepted where required by law). * For the safety of both parent and baby, I do not tattoo clients who are pregnant. * Please respect the studio, equipment, and scheduled appointment times.
